Looking for a Part-Time Nanny for 4-Year-Old Girl

Hi! I'm looking to find someone to get my daughter ready in the morning and bring her to preschool. I would also like that person to pick her up after school and watch her for a couple hours until I get home from work. I may also need someone to watch her for a couple hours on the weekend, however, that would be planned out in advance and not an every weekend thing.

I am flexible on salary negotiations, and I would rather do a weekly rate, vs. an hourly rate. I understand that it is not a full-time position, but I am willing to compensate for someone who fits our needs. I hope to find someone reliable and also someone who connects well with my daughter.
